Tammam Al-Joundi MD, FACC, completed his fellowship in Cardiovascular Diseases at St. Louis University Medical Center. Dr. Al-Joundi is Board Certified in Cardiovascular Medicine, International Board of Heart Rhythm Examiners (IBHRE), formerly NASPExAM as well as Internal Medicine. He maintains a clinical office based practice in addition to performing procedures, which include cardiac catheterization, cardiac and peripheral vascular balloon angioplasty and stenting. He also implants permanent pacemakers including cardiac resynchronization devices (Biventricular pacemakers) used for the treatment of Congestive Heart Failure.
